NURTURE

Teachers and mothers alike have an exceptional gift. They nurture and guide the young minds who grow up and eventually make impacts of their own. “Nurture” explores the experience of being a soon-to-be mother and preschool teacher. Even for someone with years of experience working with children, there is fear, anxiety, and doubt when it comes to having her own child— and that is okay.

This project is dedicated to my sister. I am grateful for the opportunity to watch her go through an enormous transition in her life and document this wonderful journey. I can’t wait to see what the future holds.
